These Terms govern access to and use of Ima - Anime. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Scope

Ima - Anime is a recommendation and discovery app. It does not host or stream full anime episodes in-app.

2. Accounts and Access

• You may use guest mode or sign in with supported providers.
• You are responsible for account credentials and usage security.
• We may suspend abusive or unlawful usage.

3. Acceptable Use

• No reverse engineering, scraping abuse, or service disruption.
• No unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent use of the service.

4. Intellectual Property

App software, branding, and recommendation systems are owned by Ima - Anime operators. Third-party anime content, trademarks, and media remain property of respective rights holders.

5. Ads, Billing, and Product Changes

The app may display ads and may introduce paid features. Monetization and app capabilities can change over time.

6. Apple EULA and Disclaimers

App usage is additionally subject to Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
